Fairisle
Our pullovers are knitted from our hand-dyed British organic Shetland wool, inspired by the Welsh hills, woods and coast that we love to walk in and on. Currently, there are the dark greens and golds of the woodland, and stone greys and gorse gold of the common. Shades will vary slightly with each batch of yarn, but the overall colour scheme will remain.
Care
To meet organic standards, wool is shorn from sheep, washed, carded and spun, and dyed if required, with natural dyes. It has no other chemical treatments for anti-pilling, anti-shrink, moth proofing, removal of vegetation etc etc. All this means is a little extra care is needed when washing.
Washing: Gentle hand wash only, short spin, dry flat out in direct sunlight (NO tumble drying!).
Outer: 100% Organic British Shetland Wool.
