Moss Stitch Cardigan
Hand knitted from 100% organic British Shetland wool. This cardigan is inspired by the neatly fitted short styles of the 1940’s. The textured stitch creates a super soft and cosy fabric without feeling bulky.The main body of the cardigan is in natural, un-dyed wool, with a complete contrasting edge, which is also echoed on the cuffs and shawl collar. Shaped neatly into the waist, finishing just at the top of the hips, ¾ length sleeves and soft shawl collar.
Care
To meet organic standards, wool is shorn from sheep, washed, carded and spun, and dyed if required, with natural dyes. It has no other chemical treatments for anti-pilling, anti-shrink, moth proofing, removal of vegetation etc etc. All this means is a little extra care is needed when washing.
Washing
Gentle hand wash only, short spin, dry flat out in direct sunlight (NO tumble drying!).
