Ordering

Because of their unique character, all products may be subject to small variations in clolour and style from the images on website; if in any doubt please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to ordering.

Placing an Order

Simply place orders on line from this website by selecting products for the shopping basket.

If you would like to place your order by post, please send it to Llynfi Textile Co, Unit 3 Talgarth Business Park, Talgarth, Brecon, Powys, LD3 0PQ, with a cheque for the total amount. Please make cheques payable to Llynfi Textile Co. and please write your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number (switch/maestro only) on the back.

Payment

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. All credit and debit card payments can be made via Paypal. We have chosen to use this service as it is one of the quickest, easiest, safest and most well-known and trusted online payment services.

All payment details are encrypted and secured. None of your card details are ever seen by us or held on our website.

On all Special Edition items a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

Postage & Packaging

All orders to UK Mainland addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. A signature is required at destination.

Should you be unavailable to receive your order, a card will be left. Please make sure that you collect your parcel within 7 days otherwise it will be returned to us and further postage charges will be incurred.

For international deliveries please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

Returns

If goods are found damaged on receipt please contact us immediately to arrange a return.

You can return products for any other reason within 14 days of receipt of the order providing the product is in its original condition but you will bear the cost of returning the goods suitably packaged and insured; please obtain proof of posting on returning your order. The cost of the product will be refunded within 10 days of the receipt of the return.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

Privacy

When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose.

If you have asked to be added to the mailing list for our newsletter we will send you details of new products and any events as they become available; you can request removal from our mailing list at any time by contacting us.

We will not disclose your details to anybody unless required by law to do so or unless you explicitly give us the authority to do so.

You are granted a limited licence to access and make personal use of this web site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it or any portion of it, except with our express written consent.

All content included on the web site, such as products designs, text, graphics, logos and images are generated by and belong to Llynfi Textile Co and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

Delivery

If in stock, you should receive your order within 10 working days. If we need to make an item for you, we aim to get it to you within 3 weeks, but please contact us for current lead times, as products do vary.

If you need your order urgently please contact us before placing the order and we may be able to quote for a faster delivery.
